Think about this.
In one instant your life could change. For better, worse or even nonchalantly. Every moment is valuable, no matter what instance it is.

Today my day was like that. It went from productive- to lunch- to rushing- to happiness- to work. Plus a couple of other instances sandwiched between those.

You never know how your life can be effected or how your life could effect someone else.
(hopefully I'm using those correctly).
